| 摘 要： | 膳食纤维是人类所需的第七大营养素,在维持膳食平衡方面发挥着重要的作用。本文介绍了目前膳食纤维的来源与分布,综述其生理保健功能和提取工艺技术的研究进展,提出人们应增加日常饮食中膳食纤维的摄入量及摄取的多样性。

| Abstract: | Dietary fiber was the seventh nutrients which human required, and it played an important role in the maintenance of a balanced diet. This paper introduced the sources and distribution of dietary fiber, summarized progress of physiological function and extraction technology, and put forward people should increase the dietary fiber intake and diversity in daily diet. |
