分光光度法快速测定硝、铵态氮的可行性研究

摘    要:用紫外分光光度法、靛酚蓝分光光度法测定北方4类土壤硝、铵态N的含量,并对测试条件进行可行性研究。结果表明:紫外分光光度法测定土壤硝态N时需反应30 min后进行测定,温度对紫外分光光度法硝态N测定值没有明显影响;靛酚蓝分光光度法分析土壤样品中的铵态N时,至少要放置10 h,并且要保持测定样品和制定工作曲线时的温度相差不大。

Feasibility Study on NO3--N,NH4+-N Determination by Spectrophotometry Method

Abstract:NO3--N,NH4+-N contents of four kinds of soil samples from north were determined by uv-spectorophotometry and indophenol blue colorimetric and the feasibility of measure conditions were studied.The results showed that determination of soil NO3--N started after the reaction lasted 30 min.Effect of temperature on the measured values of NO3--N by uv-spectrophotometry was no significant.The samples needed to be placed at least 10 hours when NH4+-N content was determined by indophenol blue colorimetric,meanwhile,the temperature of samples and curve formulation must only have minor differences.
