| Abstract: | By comparing the fluorescence of the scald and soating treatment on germination and growth of mungbean sprout, the results were as follows: the best scald seed time and temperature are 20 minute and 55℃respectively; the best soaking temperature and time are 25℃ and 6 hours respectively. |
