航天诱变百棉1号SP_2代的生物学效应

摘    要:以棉花新品种百棉1号为试验材料,将百棉1号对照及SP2代诱变材料的主要纤维品质指标进行聚类分析,同时测定主要生理指标。结果表明,将百棉1号对照及SP2代诱变材料划为3类,其中第Ⅱ类(A082456)绒长(31.58mm)、马克隆值(4.58)、比强度(29.42cN/tex)均比对照好,纤维品质综合表现最优;第Ⅱ类的生理指标可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量最高,抗寒性抗旱性增强;第Ⅱ类农艺性状的第一果枝节位最低,单株成铃数最多,结铃早,较对照早熟。表明经航天诱变后,第Ⅱ类(A082456)可以作为品质优良材料加以利用。

Abstract:The new cotton variety BM1 induced by space was used as material and its main economic and physiological characteristics were analyzed.The results showed that the material of BM1 and SP2 were gathered to three kinds.The fiber quality of type Ⅱ (A082456) was the best,fiber length was 31.58mm,the Micronaire value was 4.58,the strength was 29.42eN/tex,soluble sugar content,and proline content also were the highest which increased cold resistance and drought resistance;Among the agronomic characteristics,the first bit (7) was the lowest,bell number (11) was the most,belling time was early and growth period was shorter than control.So type Ⅱ (A082456) induced by space can be used as highquality materials.
