| 摘 要： | 基于对乡镇政府网站和城市政府网站的区别总结，分析了乡镇政府网站评估和研究其评估体系的必要性，建立了适用于乡镇政府网站的主客观相结合的评估指标体系。同时应用层次分析法获得各指标的权重，详细列出了各指标的评估要点和计算方法，初步提出了完整的乡镇政府网站的评估模型。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the necessity of comprehensive evaluation for township government website,established subjective and objective evaluation indexes system of township government website based on the SMART principles and calculated the weights of the indexes by AHP,constructed the key points and computing methods for evaluation,established the methods of subjective and objective comprehensive,and proposed the application of the evaluate results. |
