固定化苏云金芽孢杆菌转化生产L-鸟氨酸

摘    要:研究了苏云金芽孢杆菌固定化生产技术及其利用固定化细胞转化精氨酸生产L-鸟氨酸的工艺条件,结果表明:聚乙烯醇(PVA)浓度为5%、卡拉胶浓度为2.5%的凝胶固定于硼酸浓度为30g/L,KCl浓度为30g/L固定液中4h,形成的固定化细胞凝胶球可连续使用7批次。当固定化细胞浓度为100g/L、反应液温度为30℃、反应液pH值为10.0、转化时间24h条件下,转化液中L-鸟氨酸的含量为31.04g/L。

Abstract:Bacillus thuringiensis cells were immobilized for the production of L-arginase in order to converse L-arginine into L-ornithine.The result showed PVA (5%) and carrageenan (2.5 %) were immobilized in 30 g/L boric acid and 30 g/L KC1 for 4hrs to form immobilized cell gel globes.These gel globes could be used 7 times.A maximum L-ornithine yield of 31.04 g/L,could be obtained under optimized conditions which were as follows:L-arginine 50 g/L,immobilized cell 100 g/L,the reaction temperature 30 ℃,the reaction pH 10.0 and the conversion time 24 hrs.
