| 摘 要： | 通过对湖州市“十五”、“十一五”期间森林采伐限额和采伐政策对湖州市非公有制林业产业的影响分析,提出根据森林分类经营的相关理论,在合理划分森林区划的基础上,采取不同的措施,优化现行采伐政策,从而促进湖州非公有制林业的发展。
