全自动高效多功能秸秆切碎机的设计与试验

摘    要:针对当前我国秸秆利用率低等问题,设计了一种全自动高效多功能秸秆切碎机。文中提出了秸秆切碎机的设计方案,并对全自动高效多功能秸秆切碎机的喂料系统、高效碎草系统及自动控制系统进行优化设计,并通过试验数据计算得到小麦秸秆物料相对含水率平均值为22.5%,秸秆切料长度为2 040mm,得出千瓦小时产量为186.7kg/k W獉h,秸秆物料破节率的平均值达96%。该全自动高效多功能秸秆切碎机能够有效地提高秸秆的综合利用率,适用于广大农场和畜牧养殖行业,显著提升了我国秸秆利用的机械化水平,促进了农业和畜牧业可持续发展。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of low utilization rate of straw in China,automatic and efficient multi-purpose straw chopper is designed in this paper. The design scheme is proposed,the automatic feeding system,efficient straw-cutting system and automatic control system of this straw chopper are optimized,the average relative water content of wheat straw material calculated by the test data is 22. 5%,the length of straw-cutting is 20-40 mm,the output of kilowatt hour is186. 7 kg/k W·h,and the average breaking rate of straw reachs 96%. This designed machine can effectively improve the utilization rate of straw,and can be widely used by farms and agricultural households,the straw chopper plays an important role in promoting the mechanization level of straw utilization and the sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry.
