喷杆喷雾机智能控制系统设计及试验

摘    要:为提高喷雾均匀性和农药的有效利用率,针对大田作物施药的农艺要求,设计了一种安装于大田常用喷杆喷雾机的喷雾机智能控制系统,并介绍总体方案和工作原理。该系统主要包括变量施药、喷杆高度自动调节等功能,变量施药系统通过变量调节阀调节喷雾流量,通过喷雾量与作业速度自适应控制模型,实现作业过程中药液均匀喷施;喷杆高度调节系统采用超声波传感器检测喷头与作物顶端的距离,根据设定的目标高度,控制电动缸动作,调节喷杆高度。试验表明:变量喷雾控制系统能够根据设定喷量和作业速度的变化准确发出调控指令,控制流量调节阀动作进行流量调节,提高了喷雾作业的均匀性,喷雾精度误差最小为2.24%,能够有效提高喷药作业质量;喷杆高度调节最大误差为5.40%,提高了喷杆与作物顶端距离调整的准确度。

Abstract:In order to improve the effective utilization rate of pesticide and the spray uniformity,according to the requirement of crop spraying and agronomic,the intelligent control system was designed installation in the field commonly used boom sprayer spray machine,introducing the overall scheme and working principle of intelligent spray machine control system. This system mainly includes the variable spray rod spraying,highly automatic control function,the variable spraying system mainly set up a spray volume and operation speed adaptive control model,adjust the spray flow through the variable valve,to achieve in the process of uniform spraying,and field test;from the boom height adjusting system using the ultrasonic sensor detection head with the top of the crop,according to the set target height control electric cylinder action,boom height adjustment. The test shows that the variable spray control system can accurately control the instruction set issued according to the change of injection quantity and working speed,controling flow control flow regulating valve,improving the uniformity of spray operation,minimum spray accuracy error is 2. 24%,which can effectively improve the quality of spraying operations;the spray rod for adjusting the height of the maximum error is 5. 40% and the increase of spray rod with the crop top distance regulation accuracy.
