马铃薯智能排种机补种系统设计与试验

摘    要:为提高马铃薯智能排种机的排种效率,降低作业人员的劳动强度,进一步提高马铃薯出芽及收获产量,对智能排种机的补种系统进行了设计。在智能排种机结构组成及工作原理基础上,建立马铃薯运动学参数模型,并加装补种装置,主要包括声光传感器、步进电机及报警装置等。给定合理的补种控制程序,进行试验,结果表明:设计的智能排种机补种系统补种合格率达97.5%以上,漏种指数试验平均值为1.1%,重种指数试验平均值为1.3%,各关键参数指标符合设计要求。该优化试验可为马铃薯智能排种机其他关键装置性能提升提供参考。

Design and Experiment on the Resow System of the Potato Intelligent Seed Metering Machine

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of the potato intelligent seed metering machine, reduce the labor intensity of the workers, and further improve the budding and harvest of the potato, the reseeding system of the intelligent seed metering machine was designed. On the basis of the structure and working principle of the intelligent seed metering machine, establishing the model of the kinematics parameters of potato and adding seeding device, mainly including light sensors, stepper motor, alarm device, etc., then giving reasonable reseeding control program to test and test showed that the proposed reseeding pass rate of the intelligent seed metering machine is up to more than 97.5%, the leakage seeding index test average value was 1.1%, the repetition seeding index test average value was 1.3%, and the key parameters could meet the design requirements. The optimization test would provide reference ideas for other key device performance improvement of the potato seed metering machine.
