摘    要:机械回收后的残膜与棉秆等杂质缠绕严重是导致其难以被回收利用的重要原因,将残膜分离是解决该问题的关键。为此,提出了机收残膜混合物水洗分离的方案并对其工作原理进行分析,确定了方案的可行性。通过单因素试验确定了影响显著的因素,并采用BBD试验法建立了分离率与显著因素物料破碎尺寸、水压和喷头角度的三元二次回归模型。对模型进行响应面分析寻优,得到分离装置最佳结构和工作参数。经过台架试验验证,其分离率达到75.8%,证明了模型的正确性,为后续的研究和改进提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The most important reason that plastic film cannot be recovered after mechanical recovery is residual film intertwined seriously with cotton rod and other impurities, the residual membrane separation is the key to solve this problem. In this paper, plastic film mixture washing separation and the principle of the scheme is analyzed, and the feasibility of the project was determined. Through the single factor experiment, the influential factors were determined, and the three factor and two regression model of separation rate and significant factor, material crushing size, water pressure and nozzle angle were established by BBD test method. The response surface analysis of the model is carried out to obtain the optimum structure and operating parameters of the separation device. The bench test shows that the separation rate is 75.8%, which proves the correctness of the model and provides a theoretical basis for further research and improvement.
