摘    要:针对南方丘陵地区在水果生产中存在劳动强度较大、现有机械设备较少及人工作业效率较低等现象,以及已有机械在丘陵地区果园作业时存在通过性不强、稳定性不好等问题,设计并制造了一种三角履带式果园动力底盘,该底盘外形尺寸小、制造成本低、行走操作简单、稳定性好,能够适应南方丘陵地区果园作业环境。对底盘进行了模拟实际工作环境条件下的平地性能、爬坡性能、转弯半径、跨越壕沟、跨越垂直障碍物测试试验,各项指标均满足设计要求。结果表明:底盘的行驶速度为0.22~0.36m/s,最大爬坡角度为15°,转弯半径为750~1 340 mm,最大跨越壕沟宽度为5 0 0 mm,最高跨越垂直障碍物高度为5 2 8 mm,满足实际工作要求。

Abstract:In the southern hilly region, there are many problems in the fruit production in the fruit production, such as large labor intensity, less mechanical equipment and low manual work efficiency. The problems of poor stability and poor stability are existing in the operation of the orchard in hilly areas. A triangular crawler type orchard dynamic chassis is designed and manufactured. The utility model has the advantages of small size, low manufacturing cost, simple operation and good stability, and can adapt to the orchard environment in hilly areas of the south. The flat ground performance, climbing performance, turning radius, crossing trench and crossing vertical obstacle test test are carried out under the condition of simulated actual working environment. All the indexes meet the design requirements. The results show that the driving speed of the chassis is 0.22m/s to 0.36m/s, the maximum climbing angle is 15 degrees, the turning radius is 750mm to 1340mm, the maximum span of the trench is 500mm, the highest crossing height of the vertical obstacle is 500mm, which meets the actual work requirements.
