打穴方式对辣椒苗缓苗期生长状况影响的试验研究

摘    要:育苗移栽作业过程中,打穴机构作业好坏直接影响种苗栽植合格率,打穴机构的设计不仅要满足栽植要求,还要保证所栽植的秧苗满足作物生长习性。为此,针对不同打穴方式对作物缓苗期生长状况的影响,选取RS018大果尖椒苗的缓苗期生长状况作为研究对象进行试验。结果表明:锥形套筒方式打穴后,秧苗在缓苗期内的生长状况良好,真叶平均达标时间为6. 75天,时间最短,且在组内方差值较小,方差=0. 5;利用EXCEL软件进行单因素方差分析,当显著水平α=0. 05和0. 01、自由度为2和21时,F0. 05(2,21)=3. 466 800 112,F0. 01(2,23)=5. 780 416,Ft=4. 9> 3. 466 800 112,说明零假设不成立,即处理间差异达到极显著水平,打穴方式对作物缓苗期生长状况有显著影响。

Abstract:In the process of nursery transplanting,the operation of the hole-opening mechanism directly affects the qualified rate of planting seedlings.The design of the hole-shooting mechanism must not only meet the planting requirements,but also ensure that the planted seedlings meet the crop growth habits.For this experiment,according to the effect of different methods of burrowing on the growth of crops during the seedling stage,the seedling growth status of RS018 seedlings was selected as the study object.The test results showed that:The seedling growth status of RS018 seedlings grew well in the seedling growth period.The total leaf length was the shortest.The average leaf length was 6.75 days.The variance within the group was small and the variance was 0.5.The data was analyzed using EXCEL software:One-way analysis of variance,when the significance levels wereα=0.05 and 0.01,degrees of freedom were 2 and 21,F 0.05(2,21)was 3.466800112,F 0.01(2,23)was 5.780416,F t=4.9 >3.466800112,explains that the null hypothesis is not true,that is,the difference between treatments reaches a very significant level,and the way of acupuncture has a significant effect on the growth status of crops at the seedling stage.
