一体式烟秆拔秆破碎机工作参数优化与试验

摘    要:针对现有烟秆拔秆设备拔秆效率较低、结构功能单一等问题,研制了一种能实现烟秆拔起、抓取、输送、清理及破碎等作业功能的一体式烟秆拔秆破碎机。为得到该机具的最优工作参数组合,选取了机组行进速度、刀辊转速和对辊转速3个因素进行单因素试验和Box—Behnken中心组合响应面优化试验,建立漏秆率和破碎粒径合格率为响应指标的数学模型,分析各影响因素对评价指标的响应规律。优化结果表明:机具最优工作参数组合为行走速度0.37m/s、刀辊转速140r/min、对辊转速551r/min,此时烟秆漏秆率为4%,破碎粒径合格率为9 3.8%。该研究结果可为样机拔秆破碎作业时工作参数的选取及机械传动式二代样机的传动比设计提供依据。

Abstract:Aimed at low efficiency, single structure function and other existing problems of tobacco stalk pulling and shredding equipment, an integrated tobacco stalk pulling and shredding machine which can realize tobacco stalk pulling, grabbing, transporting, cleaning, shredding and other operating functions has been designed. To obtain optimal working parameter combination of this machine, the working speed of machine, knife roller speed and rollers speed are selected for single factor experiment and Box-Behnken center combination response surface optimization experiment. A mathematical model with stalk leakage rate and shredding particle size FPY as response indicators is built to analyze the response rule of each influence factor on the evaluation indexes. According to the optimization results, the optimal operating parameter combination of this machine is as follows: at the time of working speed 0.37m/s, knife-roller speed 140r/min, and rollers speed 551r/min, stalk leakage rate is 4% and shredding particle size FPY is 93.%. The research results can provide basis for the selection of prototype’s operating parameters during stalk pulling and shredding and the transmission ratio design of mechanical drive-type second generation prototype.
