穴盘育苗辊式同步压穴装置的设计

摘    要:穴盘育苗中,均匀适宜的出苗间距可以减少幼苗间对光、养分等的竞争,保证幼苗健康生长,提高壮苗率,且减少了后续自动育苗移栽操作的夹持损伤。作为育苗环节之一,压穴质量好坏直接影响播种出苗居中性,关系到最终成苗质量。为实现育苗精准压穴,针对现有辊式压穴装置压穴对中性不稳定造成的穴孔中出苗不居中问题,在对压穴辊运动轨迹理论分析基础上,提出分段辊式同步压穴方式,以提高压穴居中率。同时,考虑压穴滚筒上压穴针粘黏基质清扫不净影响成孔效果和播深现象,设计出直线往复式压穴辊刷土机构,最终设计出相应的辊式同步压穴装置。该压穴装置主要由传送平台、压穴平台、电控系统和平台支架组成,实现了传送平台等间距输送穴盘及压穴辊转动与穴盘前进同步,保证了压穴对中性。基于PLC控制的电控系统可通过触控操作界面启停装置、调节压穴速度和监测压穴作业量,满足实时作业需求。该设计有效地解决了育苗过程中压穴对中性差影响成苗质量的问题,提高了幼苗分选移栽的可操作性,并为后续压穴压穴对种子出苗状况影响的研究提供了参考。

Abstract:In the production of plug seedling,uniform and proper spacing means less competition for light and nutrient between the seedlings,more strengthen seedlings and less clamping damage in the subsequent automatic seedling transplanting operation. As one of the important links of plug seedling,the quality of digging directly affects the center performance of seeding and the quality of seedling finally. The unpowered rotating device for digging in current use has some problems such as not centered emergence due to the instability digging performance. In order to solve the problem and achieve precise digging,the method of sectional synchronous digging was put forward based on the theoretical analysis of motion trajectory of the unpowered rotating digging device. Besides,the poor cleaning effect of the fixed brush mechanism on the digging pins will influences the pore-forming effect and the uniformity of sowing depth. So a linear reciprocating cleaning mode was proposed and the corresponding brush mechanism was designed. The final synchronous digging device was mainly composed of four parts: trays transmission platform,digging platform,electronic control system and the platform bracket. And it could realize the equal distance transportation of the tray,as well as the synchronous movement between the rotation of digging roller and the advancing of trays by the design of gear transmission and chain drive. In addition,the electronic control system based on PLC control could start and stop the device,adjust the speed of digging and monitor the workload through the touch control interface,which met the real-time operation requirements. The design effectively solved the problem of poor center performance of digging,improved the operability of seedling sorting and transplanting,and provided references for subsequent research on the influence of different digging methods on seedling growth quality.
