基于Lab VIEW的苗盘输送控制系统设计

摘    要:针对半自动移栽机移栽效率低的问题,设计开发了自动送盘系统。针对取苗机构位置固定,每次夹取1株钵苗的取苗方式,通过控制苗盘的横向和纵向间歇移动,实现钵苗逐个自动喂入,从而实现自动取苗。系统采用PC机作为上位机,由Lab VIEW构建控制系统操作界面;单片机作为下位机,接受传感器的检测信号和上位机发送的指令信号。试验验证表明:系统可以实时监测苗盘的运动位置和取苗工作状态,实现苗盘运动和机械手取苗的配合。

Abstract:In this paper,automatic plate feeding system was designed aimed at the problem of low efficiency of semi-automatic transplanting machine transplanting.The system implement pot seedling automatic feeding one by one,by controlling the seedling dish of transverse and longitudinal intermittent movement,for taking seedling mechanism fixed position,picking up one plant in seedling way.The system uses PC as upper machine,interface by LabVIEW to construct control system;the single chip microcomputer as the under machine,which accept the sensor detection signal and the PC sends a command signal.The system can monitor the location of the tray movement and the seed working state real-time,and achieve cooperation of seedling plate movement and manipulator.
