摘    要:为了解决水稻秸秆回收难题,防止秸秆焚烧污染环境,设计了水稻收获打捆一体机。本文针对压缩机构选择依据不足,对一体机压缩机构进行参数设计,应用ADAMS虚拟样机确定压缩机构参数与驱动转矩的影响关系,为小方捆压缩机构设计选择奠定基础。对新压缩机构设计田间试验,设计三因素五水平正交旋转试验,得到回归方程与影响草捆密度的主次因素,应用Mat Lab软件计算打捆最优参数组合为:草捆长度为650mm、喂入量为2.5kg/s、出口高度为240mm,最优值为155kg/m^3。在该参数下进行田间验证试验,草捆密度为150~160kg/m^3,满足使用要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of rice straw recovery,the pollution environment of straw burning is prevented.It is an effective way to make the rice harvest tying unity machine. The research of rice harvest tying unity machine provides innovation for rice straw scale recycling. In this paper,the design parameters of the compression mechanism of the compressed mechanism are designed and the influence relationship between the compression mechanism parameters and the driving torque is determined by using ADAMS virtual prototype. The choice of parameters is determined by laying the foundation for the design choice of the small square compression mechanism. Design of field experiment,the design of new compression mechanism three factors five levels orthogonal rotation test,regression equation is obtained and the primary and secondary factors affecting bale density,and use MATLAB right health calculation after the optimal parameter combination is: bale length is 650 mm,the feed rate of 2. 5 kg/s,export height is 240 mm,the optimal value of 155 kg/m^3. The field verification test was carried out under this parameter,and the test results were obtained as the straw bale density of 150-160 kg/m^3,which met the requirements of use.
