水肥一体化施肥机变量吸肥系统的设计与试验

摘    要:依据现代农业生产中作物施肥与灌溉融为一体的发展趋势,对水肥一体化施肥机的关键部分—吸肥系统进行结构设计及吸肥通道的变量吸肥展开研究。设计了基于射流器并联的水肥一体化施肥机三通道吸肥系统,通过Solid Works三维软件建立水肥一体化水肥一体化施肥机三通道吸肥系统三维结构,并应用Flo EFD对吸肥系统吸肥性能进行仿真分析。构造了5种边界条件方案进行吸肥性能仿真分析对比,并以进口压力0. 5MPa出口压力0. 1MPa为例进行性能试验,结果表明:吸肥系统各通道吸肥精度最高可达98. 1%。对三吸肥通道的变量吸肥进行了控制器及管道机械部件的设计,并通过试验验证其可行性,旨在为水肥一体化施肥机的深入研究和发展提供参考。

Abstract:According to the development trend of crop fertilization and irrigation integration in modern agricultural production,this paper studies the key part of the water and fertilizer integrated fertilizer applicator,the structural design of the suction system and the fat absorption of the suction channel.A three-channel suction system for water and fertilizer integrated fertilizer applicators based on parallel flow of jets was designed.The three-dimensional structure of three-channel suction system for water and non-integrated water and fertilizer integrated fertilizer applicators was established through SolidWorks three-dimensional software,and the application performance of FloEFD to the suction system was evaluated.Perform simulation analysis.Five kinds of boundary condition schemes were constructed to carry out the simulation and analysis of sucking fertilizer performance.The performance test was conducted with an inlet pressure of 0.5Mpa and an outlet pressure of 0.1MPa.The results showed that the suction fertilizer system can achieve up to 98.1%of suction accuracy for each channel.At the same time,the controller and the mechanical parts of the pipeline were designed for the variable absorption of the three suction channels,and the feasibility was verified by experiments.It provides a reference for the in-depth research and development of water and fertilizer integrated fertilizer applicators.
