大蒜联合收获机夹持输送机构的设计与分析

摘    要:针对现有大蒜联合收获机夹持输送机构存在的生产效率低、可靠性差等问题,设计一种柔性夹持输送机构。根据机具性能要求和大蒜的生长环境特征,阐述了夹持输送的结构和工作原理,通过对大蒜在夹持输送过程中的力学特性分析,确定了结构参数和技术参数。所设计的柔性夹持输送机构倾斜角为25°,输送带为B型双联带,夹持高度距离地面162mm可调,生产效率为0.2~0.5hm^2/h。该研究对大蒜可靠输送、降低伤蒜率、减少大蒜输送损失、提高大蒜联合收获机整机性能具有重要意义。

Abstract:In view of the lack of necessary data support for the design of garlic combine harvester, this paper aims to research the mechanical properties of garlic in mature period. The geometric characteristics of garlic were analyzed by means of mathematical statistics in agricultural field, and the range and frequency of the main geometric characteristics of garlic were obtained;To test the maturity of garlic stalks tensile strength, compressive strength, pulling force of mechanical properties by using universal testing machine and tensile experiment, studied the effect of stem straight stems, moisture content, loading rate on the tensile force;Design-Expert software analysis was used to get the optimum combination of soil position parameters, which provided the basic theoretical basis for developing the key equipment of garlic combine harvester. The results show that the tensile strength of garlic stem diameter of the biggest influence, followed by water content, finally loading speed;The optimum combination of garlic minimum pulling force is excavation depth of 9-18cm and excavation distance of 2-10cm, the required pull force is less than 53.1N, no leakage phenomenon;Garlic stem extrusion strength average is 0.78MPa, so in the design of the belt clamping process, the maximum extrusion strength can not exceed 0.72MPa, which provided the basic theoretical basis for developing the key equipment of garlic combine harvester.
