履带式果园作业车平地直行和转向仿真研究及试验

摘    要:采用多体动力学仿真软件Recur Dyn的履带车辆子系统Track(LM)建立履带式果园作业车多体动力学模型,并进行仿真分析,着重对履带式果园作业车在平地直行和平地转向两种工况进行动态性能仿真,并判断整机稳定性能。通过对履带车的接地压力、沉陷深度、行走阻力、转向角速度和转向角加速度的仿真分析及作业车辆平地直行和180°进行转向试验,结果表明:整机模型有效,验证了仿真模型的正确性,为履带式果园作业车进一步的改进设计提供了理论参考依据。

Abstract:The multi-body dynamic model of the tracked of orchard vehicle was created using the software RecurDyn/Track(LM), and focus on the two kinds of working condition on straight system and steering system of the tracked of orchard vehicle doing dynamic performance simulation and estimating stable performance of the machine. The results show that the whole machine model is effective through the analysis of the ground pressure, the depth of the subsidence, walking resistance, steering angular velocity and steering angle acceleration of the caterpillar vehicle. It was tested about and 180°of flat ground steering,test showed that the model of machine is effective.It validates the correctness of the model and provides a theoretical reference for the further improvement of the hill-side crawler tractors.
