大数据关联规则在农用挖掘机上的应用研究

摘    要:农用挖掘机可以用来进行农田水利建设及小型土方作业,是农业和农村建设不可缺少的机械。工作装置决定了农用挖掘机的性能,目前的研究集中在虚拟仿真和力学分析上,分析过程涉及到大量数据信息的处理,大数据的关联规则挖掘可以达到良好的效果。为此,利用Pro/E软件建立工作装置的CAD模型并导入ADAMS软件中,采集应力、位移和变形的大数据;通过并行分层算法进行大数据的关联规则挖掘,然后应用到ADAMS软件的仿真分析上;最后,从实际作业的大数据中挖掘获得了各部件的应力、位移和变形关联规则,旨在为工作装置的优化设计和农用挖掘机自动控制提供依据。

Abstract:Agricultural excavators can be used to carry out farmland and water conservancy construction,as well as small-scale earthwork operations,and are indispensable machinery for agriculture and rural construction.The work device determines the performance of the agricultural excavator,and its research focuses on virtual simulation and mechanical analysis.The above analysis process involves the processing of large amounts of data information,and association rules mining of big data can achieve good results.This article uses PRO/E software to establish the CAD model of the working device and import it into ADAMS software to collect big data of stress,displacement and deformation.The algorithm of association rules mining of big data is conducted through parallel hierarchical algorithm,and then applied to the simulation analysis of ADAMS software.Finally,the correlation rules of stress,displacement and deformation of each component are obtained from the big data of the actual work,which can provide the basis for the optimal design of the working device and the automatic control of the agricultural excavator.
