指夹式排种器振动模拟与试验分析

摘    要:为研究免耕播种机工作过程中产生的随机振动对排种质量的影响,对2BM-2免耕播种机在秸秆覆盖条件下作业时排种器的振动特性进行测试,并对振动信号进行时域和频域分析。结果表明:排种器的振动主要由免耕地表引起的垂直方向的振动,振动主频集中在0~20Hz。搭建排种振动试验台,测试不同频率与振幅条件下指夹式排种器播种合格指数,结果表明:随着振动幅值与振动频率的增加,播种合格指数降低,振动频率对播种合格指数的影响较振动幅值的影响更为显著。

Abstract:In order to research the effect of the random vibration on the no-tillage planter, The vibration characteristics of the 2BM-2 no-tillage planter was tested in the no-tillage field, the time-domain and frequency-domain analysis of the vibration signal were carried out, The vibration of seed-metering device is due to the roughness of the no-tillage field, the main frequency of the vibration is 0-20Hz;a vibration test desk was designed to simulate the vibration caused by the no-tillage field, The quality of seed-metering device was test when the vibrations of different frequency and amplitude were applied to the seed-metering device, the test results showed that the vibration amplitude and vibration frequency increase, the quality of seed-metering device decreases, the influence of vibration frequency on the sowing quality is more significant than that of vibration amplitude.
