摘    要:为解决现有植保机械施药量大、药液利用率低等问题,设计了3MD-8型低量弥雾植保机。该机型采用风力雾化风力传送的弥雾原理,将药液撕裂成70~150μm的雾滴,主要用于棉花、大豆等中高秆作物的植保化控作业。其主要部件包括风机、输风管、药液箱、喷头及机架等,结构简单,造价低廉;通过与拖拉机液压升降机构韧性连接实现输风管折叠,操作方便。室内和田间试验结果表明:机具各项性能良好,工作可靠,同常规喷雾机相比,可节约药液50%~70%,杀虫效果显著,达95%以上。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of large amount of pesticide applied and low utilization of liquid medicine,the project group designed 3MD-8 type low volume mist protection machine.The machine uses the principle of wind atomization and wind transmission to spray the liquid into 70~150 micron droplets,which is mainly used for plant protection control of high and medium crops such as cotton and soybean.The main components of the machine include fan,air transmission pipe,liquid box,sprinkler,frame and so on,and the structure is simple and the cost is low.The air transmission pipe is folded through the ductile connection with the hydraulic lifting mechanism of the tractor,and the operation is convenient.The indoor and field test results show that the machine has good performance and reliable operation.Compared with the constant sprayer,it can save 50%to 70%of the liquid,and the insecticidal effect is more than 95%.
