基于离散元的交叉导流式穴播装置仿真与试验

摘    要:针对机械式杂交稻精密穴播装置中存在的芽种播种稳定性差和精度低的问题,设计了一种具有交叉导流式种室与穴播窝眼滚筒相结合的精密穴播装置。运用EDEM离散元分析技术,对设计的穴播装置进行了工作过程仿真分析。结果表明:设计的穴播装置充填合格率比采用传统种室的提高了5. 47%。通过对设计的穴播装置进行的性能试验表明:播种合格率仿真与试验相比,相对误差为3. 63%;设计的穴播装置与采用传统种室的穴播装置相比,合格率提高了3. 88%,达到了82. 12%。由此表明:采用交叉导流种室的穴播装置能有效地提高充填能力及播种性能,采用的离散元仿真方法对开展精密穴播装置的设计具有参考意义,可为今后精密穴播装置的研究奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract:Based on the precision and stability problems of bud-seed seeding of mechanical hill-drop sowing device for hybrid rice,a new hill-drop sowing device for hybrid rice with seed-filling room of staggered oriented ridges was designed in this paper.Using discrete element analysis software EDEM,the designed seeding device was simulated and analyzed in the working process.The results showed that the designed filling-seed rate of the seeding device was improved by about 5%compared with the device with traditional seed-filling room.Through the performance test of the designed seeding device,it showed that the relative error was about 3.5%compared with the simulation of seeding rate and the test;compared with hill-drop sowing device using traditional seed-filling room,the designed seeding device has improved the qualification rate by 3.88%to 82.1%.It shows that the seeding device with seed-filling room of staggered oriented ridges can effectively improve the filling-seed capacity and also improve the seeding performance.The discrete element simulation method used has reference significance for the development of precision seeding devices and lays a solid foundation for future research on the precision seeding device for hybrid rice.
