食用菌产业副产物资源化循环利用模式研究进展与对策建议

摘    要:随着我国食用菌产业的快速发展,食用菌副产物的资源化利用已成为产业可持续发展亟需解决的问题。食用菌产业副产物主要包括菌渣和子实体下脚料。通过对食用菌副产物资源化利用途径进行归纳演绎,总结了食用菌业副产物资源化利用模式,主要有肥料循环、饲料循环、配料循环和燃料循环4种生态循环模式;并根据副产物利用途径的差异对4种模式进行再分类;最后针对菌业副产物循环模式中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策与建议。

Abstract:With the rapid development of edible fungi industry in China, the resource utilization of edible fungi by-products has become an urgent problem for the industry sustainable development. The by-products of edible fungi industry mainly include mushroom residue and fruiting body scraps. Through the induction and deduction of the resource utilization of edible fungi by-products, this paper summarized the recycling utilization model of edible fungi industry by-products, including four main models: Fertilizer recycling model, feed recycling model, ingredient recycling model and fuel recycling model. At the same time, the four models were reclassified according to the differences of by-products utilization ways. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in view of the problems existing in the recycling mode of edible fungi industry by-products.
