金花茶系植物(Series Chrysanthae Chang)的花粉形态

摘    要:报道了金花茶系(Ser.Chrysanthae Chang)14个种与变种(变型)在光学显微镜下的花粉形态,它们基本符合山茶属花粉的一般形态特征,但系内、种间在花粉形状、大小及萌发孔类型和外壁纹饰上存在一定差异,因此,花粉形态可作为金花茶种间分类的一个依据。

Abstract:Pollen morphology of 10 species and 4 varieties (forms) of yellow camellias (Ser. Chrysanthae Chang) from Guangxi was studied by means of Light microscope (LM) . The species and varieties (forms) studied are. Camellia chrysantha, C. chrysantha var. C. chrysantha var. microcarpa. C. pingguoesis, C. sp. , C. enphlebia, C. pubipetala, C. micrantha, C. micrantha f., C. ptilosperma, C. wumingensis, C. tunghin-ensis, ,C.sp., and C. longgangensis var. grandis.Other species of Camellia and Polyspora were examined, either.Pollen morphology characteristic of Ser. Chrysahthae is as follows: oblate, subsphearoidal, Subprolate or prolate; shape in polar view semicircular or semi-angular; outline in equatoril view oblong or elliptical, 28.70-61.25×22.75-49.00μ. Tricolp-oroidate (rarely tricolp-orate). Colpi long and narrow or open and flat, tapering to apices, sometimas constricted at equator, furrow membrane persistent, fine reticulate or fine granulate, sometimes with paracyncolpate at one poles. Pores always indistinct, large, lalongate (rarely lolongate) Exine 1.4-3.0μ, thick, of two layers, sexine with same thickness as that of the nexine or thickerthan the latter. Sexine fine reticulate or fine subreticulate.Pollen morphology of these species is in accordance with that of the genus Camellia, but there exists difference between the different species. And, there is, as a rule, interspecific divergence along a number of pollen characeteristics, those most useful in assessing taxonomy being related to differences in shape and size of the pollen grains, type of aperture, and exine characteristics.
