| 摘 要： | 从分子遗传图谱的构建、遗传多样性评价、种子纯度鉴定、基因定位、数量性状的QTL分析、相关分子标记的开发（包括抗痛、性型分化及单性结实、品质及农艺性状和抗逆）这几个方面来阐述分子标记技术在黄瓜遗传育种中的应用．并对我国黄瓜分子标记辅助育种作了展望。

| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the applications of molecular markers in the construction of cucumber genetic linkage maps,the analysis of germplasm diversities,the test of seeds purity,the locations of the genes,the analysis of quantitative traits,the development of related molecular markers(including disease resistance,sexual differentiation and parthenocarpic type,quality and agronomic traits and resilience) in China,and discusses the priorities in future breeding work of cucumber. |
