| 摘 要： | 采用乙醇超声提取法得到野西瓜苗乙醇提取物,测试提取物对小菜蛾的触杀活性,然后用5种不同极性溶剂萃取乙醇提取物,得到各溶剂萃取物,测试各溶剂萃取物对小菜蛾的触杀活性,并计算不同作用时间的校正死亡率.结果显示,野西瓜苗乙醇提取物对小菜蛾3龄幼虫具有较强的触杀活性,LC50为3.2 mg·mL-1;不同溶剂萃取物活性由高到低依次为氯仿>石油醚>乙酸乙酯>正丁醇>水,氯仿萃取物72h对小菜蛾3龄幼虫触杀活性最高,校正死亡率达到96.67%,这一结果也显示野西瓜苗的杀虫活性物质为一类极性较弱的化合物. |

| Abstract: | Taking Hibiscus trionum L.as an investigating object,ethanol extracts from Hibiscus trionum L.were obtained through alcohol-UW extracting.The activities of extracts to Plutella xylostella were tested to calculate the mortality rate and the corrected mortality rate.The results showed that the ethanol-extracts from H.trionum had the stronger activity.LC50 was 3.2 mg.mL-1.The activities of each extract was in order as follows:chloroform> petroleum ether > ethyl acetate > butanol > water.The extracts by chlorof... |
