| 摘 要： | 兽医产科临床中经常会遇到动物无法维持足月妊娠的情况，对这些胎儿进行肺成熟度检测，对提高胎儿成活率极为重要。临床上多采用羊膜腔穿刺法采取羊水，测定羊水中生化指标和生物物理指标，用以判断胎肺成熟度，此法有一定的创伤性，近年来人医兽有报道，以无创伤性的超声检查判胎肺成熟度。本文对胎儿肺成熟的一些检测方法及其优缺点作了简要综述。 |

| Abstract: | It is frequently encountered in veterinary clinical practice that the animal cannot sustain the pregnant to full time. Under this circumstance, evaluating whether the fetus lung is mature is of great importance for improving the fetus survival rate.The common method to acquire the amniotic fluid for appreciating the mature extent of fetus lung is the amniotomy, that is, the detection of the biochemical and biophysical indexes of the amniotic fluid. However, this method has some side effects on the host. Recently, there are some reports about using ultrasonography to evaluate the fetus lung maturation without any harm in the human medicine. This paper reviewed some methods of evaluating the lung maturation and gave the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. |
