| 摘 要： | 海西蓝色经济迎来历史性的发展机遇。该文总结了海西海洋产业发展现状,分析了海西海洋新兴产业发展存在的问题,阐述了海西海洋新兴产业集群发展的必要性,最后提出了海西海洋新兴产业集群发展的建议。

| Abstract: | Blue economy in Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone is faced with the historic development opportuni- ty. How to promote the development of emerging marine industries in Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone, this paper summarized the development situation of marine industries in Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone, and an- alyzed the existing problems. Meanwhile, the necessity was expounded, and the suggestions to promote the cluster development of emerging marine industries in Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone were put forward in this pa- per. |
