| 摘 要： | 2008年秋季山东菏泽、安徽淮北保护地栽培番茄上发生了一种新的病害,对两地采集的4份病样进行了分子检测,结果表明4份样品所感染的病毒均属于菜豆金色花叶病毒属(Begomovirus),同源率在98.7%以上.并对其中代表样品AH1进行了DNA-A克隆和序列分析, 结果表明AH1全长 2 786个核苷酸,共编码6个ORF.基因组比较发现, AH1 DNA-A与浙江省和上海市报道的番茄黄化曲叶病毒(Tomato yellow leaf curl virus,TYLCV)同源性达到99.3%以上.这是该病毒在安徽、山东两省的首次报道,值得关注.

| Abstract: | A new virus disease occurred in Anhui and Shandong provinces in the autumn of 2008,and four samples were collected from the tomatoes showing leaf curl symptoms.Molecular diagnosis was carried out by PCR and the result showed that the four samples were infected by begomovirus and the 500 bp sequences of them shared over 98.7% identity from each other.The complete nucleotide sequence of the typical samples AH1 DNA-A was determined to be 2 786 nts encoding six potential ORFs.Blast results revealed that it shar... |
