| 摘 要： | 近几年来,随着甘肃省社会经济稳步发展,耕地减少、建设用地增加,人地矛盾日益突出。该研究采用较为翔实的资料,对甘肃省1997~2004年建设用地扩张的基本态势进行分析的基础上,采用单因素分析法,系统的考察了人口、经济发展水平、产业结构调整与建设用地规模扩张的关系,并在多因素分析中,引入灰色关联度定量研究了5个驱动力因子对建设用地的影响。结果表明:人口、经济发展水平是甘肃省建设用地扩张的主要驱动力,而产业结构的调整则有利于用地优化。

| Abstract: | In the last few years,with the steady development of Gansu Province's society and economy,the farm land reduced,constuctive land increased the antinomy is increasingly outstanding.The processes of constuctive land expansion and its relationship with population growth,economic development,industrial structure during the last 8 years analyzed using single factor and multifactor analysis approaches.The results showed that the total constuctive land are linearly increased,and highly related to the growth of population and GDP.The population and GDP are the strongest driving forces.Meanwhile,the adjustment of the industrial structure is good to optimizing the constuctive land uses. |
