山茶蜂花粉粗多糖的脱蛋白研究

摘    要:对山茶蜂花粉粗多糖的脱蛋白方法进行了初步研究.考察了不同体积乙醇沉淀多糖试样的效果和不同体积三氯乙酸沉淀多糖试样中蛋白质的效果,并经Sephadex G-75的洗脱.研究结果表明:乙醇体积为多糖液体积的3.5倍时,沉淀效果最好;多糖液中加入等倍体积的10%三氯乙酸时,脱蛋白效果最佳;多糖经Sephadex G-75的洗脱,出现两个洗脱峰.

Abstract:We studied the methods of the deproteinization of Camellia bee pollen crude polysaccharide. The effects of deproteinization on different volumes ethanol showed that,when the volume ratio of ethanol and polysaccharide liquid was 3.5:1,the maximum polysaccharide was obtained. The studies on effects of different volumes 10% trichloroacetic acid on deproteinization showed that,it had best deproteinization effect when the volume ratio of 10% trichloroacetic acid and polysaccharide liquid was 1:1.
