茶树花粉形态及其模糊聚类的研究

摘    要:用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对31个茶树品种(系)的花粉形态进行研究,并以14个花粉形态性状进行模糊聚类分析,结果表明:茶树花粉粒为中粒或大粒,多为长球形、三孔沟,内孔大、横长,赤道面观多为网状或拟网状纹饰,网眼和网脊大小、形状有一定差异,但品种(系)间花粉形态的变异程度较小.31个茶树品种(系)经聚类被分成六个组,基本上以原产地相近的品种(系)聚在一起,从相似性系数的大小可见茶树品种(系)间的亲缘关系之密切程度.

Abstract:The pollen morphology of 30 tea varieties from main cultivated provinces of China and one from Japan was examined under microscope and scanning electron microscope . Based on 14 characters of pollen morphology, the 31 varieties were classified with fuzzy clustering analysis (FCA). The main results obtained were as follows : (1)The pollen characteristics of 31 varieties were described as four main aspects. The size of pollen grains was middle or big types; most of them was prolate in shapes;the aperture was N3P4C5. Their os, which had several shapes, was big and long ; on the equatorial face, there was reticulate or obscurely ornate ornametation, the size and shape of their muri and lumina were varied. In regard to pollen morphology, there was only a little difference, so it could be acceptable to say that all these varieties belong to one species Camellia sinensis (2) The result of FCA showed that the 31 varieties might be devided into 6 groups. In general, the varieties derived from adjacent areas shared the same group. (5) The affinity relationship of some varieties was discussed by their similar coefficient.
