梭鲈胚胎及仔鱼发育观察

摘    要:经人工催产、人工授精获得受精卵,对梭鲈(Lucioperca lucioperca)(Linnaeus)的胚胎发育及仔鱼发育过程和各发育时期外部形态特征进行了系统观察。结果表明,梭鲈受精卵为圆球型,呈淡黄色;吸水前平均卵径为0.96 mm,吸水后平均卵径为1.20 mm。梭鲈胚胎发育过程可分为24期,在水温16.0~17.2℃范围内,受精75 min开始第1次卵裂,受精后43 h开始形成器官,受精后约94 h开始出膜;刚出膜的仔鱼全长平均为3.8 mm;从受精到孵化出膜总积温为1 616.8℃.h。梭鲈的仔鱼发育过程可分为出膜仔鱼、眼黄色素期、眼黑色素期、鳔一室期、卵黄吸尽期5个发育期,在17~18℃水温下历时约159 h。

Abstract:Fertilized eggs from pond cultured parent fish were obtained by induced spawning and artificial fertilization,and the observation on embryonic and prelarva stage development processes was systematically carried out.The results showed that the fertilized eggs had an initial average size of 0.96 mm,pale yellow color,and bulged to 1.20 mm in diameter after absorbing water.At water temperature of 16.0-17.2 ℃,the process of embryonic development could be divided into 24 stages,which were described as follow: fertilized egg at 0 min,2-cell stage at 75 min post fertilization(PF);myotome forming stage at 43 h PF,and hatching-out stage at 94 h PF when the accumulative temperature reached 1 616.8 ℃.h,and the average size of larvae was about 3.8 mm in body length.At water temperature of 17-18 ℃,prelarva stage development of Lucioperca lucioperca lasted for 159 h,which could be divided into 5 stages: hatching stage,xanthic eye stage,melanoid eye stage,one chamber air bladder stage,and exhaustion of yolk stage.
