平菇菌糠堆肥制备生物有机肥研究

摘    要:以平菇菌糠和枯草芽孢杆菌为试验材料,进行60天的堆肥发酵,制备平菇菌糠生物有机肥。发酵过程中通过测定温度、pH、电导率、营养成分、C/N、腐植酸的含量变比,判断平菇菌糠有机肥的腐熟程度。结果表明,发酵后的平菇菌糠C/N为(15-20):1、有机质质量分数46.31%、水分含量22.37%、酸碱度8.2、总养分4.70%、发芽指数81,均符合我国有机肥技术指标NY/T 525-2021的相关指标要求,可作有机肥用于农业生产。

Preparation of Bio-organic Fertilizer by Composting Mushroom Bran
Abstract:Oyster mushroom bran and Bacillus subtilis were composted and fermented for 60 days to prepare oyster mushroom bran organic fertilizer. In the process of fermentation, temperature, pH, conductivity, nutrient composition, C/N, humic acid content ratio were measured to determine the degree of maturation of oyster mushroom bran organic fertilizer. The results showed that the bran C/N of oyster mushroom after fermentation was (15-20) : 1. Organic matter mass fraction 46.31%, moisture content 22.37%, pH 8.2, total nutrient 4.70% and germination index 81, all of which met the requirements of Chinese organic fertilizer technical index NY/T 525-2021, and could be used as organic fertilizer for agricultural production.
