蠖蛛比对游猎蛛种间竞争作用的影响

摘    要:为明确茶尺蠖与天敌比值对天敌竞争作用的影响,得出优势种天敌,以期为茶尺蠖的生物防治提供有效依据,利用灰色关联度分析法、竞争系数分析法、竞争强度指数法、方差分析法和t检验法对安吉白茶、龙井43、平阳特早和农抗早4个茶园中茶尺蠖高峰日时的7种蜘蛛天敌取食茶尺蠖的竞争作用进行分析。灰色关联度分析结果表明,粽管巢蛛、黑色跳蛛和三突花蟹蛛是与茶尺蠖数量关系最为密切的前3位天敌;竞争系数分析结果表明鞍型花蟹蛛和斜纹猫蛛是竞争强度受比值影响最大的2种天敌;竞争强度指数分析结果表明鞍型花蟹蛛、三突花蟹蛛和斜纹猫蛛是竞争强度受比值影响最大的3种天敌。综合上述分析得出鞍型花蟹蛛和斜纹猫蛛是竞争能力受蠖蛛比影响较强的2种天敌,因此在茶尺蠖的防治过程中可根据害虫与天敌比值的高低分别加强对这2种天敌的保护与利用。研究结果可为合理保护与利用茶尺蠖天敌提供科学依据。

Abstract:In order to clarify the effect of the ratio between Ectropis obliqua warren and natural enemies on the competition of natural enemies and provide an effective basis for the biological control of Ectropis obliqua warren, the dominant species natural enemies were obtained. In this study, grey correlation analysis method, competition coefficient analysis method, competition intensity index method, variance analysis method and t-test were used to analyze the competition effect of seven spider natural enemies on feeding tea geometrid during peak days of Ectropis obliqua warren in four tea plantations, namely, Anji Baicha, Longjin 43, Pingyang Tezao and Nongkangzao. The results of grey correlation analysis showed that Clubiona Japonicola, Blacksalticidae and Misumenopstricuspidatu were the top three natural enemies most closely related to the number of Ectropis obliqua warren. The competition coefficient analysis showed that the competition intensity of the two natural enemies affected by the ratio were Xysticus ephippiafus and Oxyopes sertatus. The results of competition intensity index analysis showed that the three natural enemies affected by the ratio were Xysticus ephippiafus, Misumenopstricuspidatu and Oxyopes sertatus. Based on the above analysis, it was concluded that the competition ability of Xysticus ephippiafus and Oxyopes sertatus was more strongly influenced by the ratio of the pest to the natural enemy. Therefore, the protection and utilization of these two natural enemies should be strengthened according to the ratio of the pest to the natural enemy in the control process of the Ectropis obliqua warren. The result provides a scientific basis for reasonable protection and utilization of natural enemies of Ectropis obliqua warren.
