2023年春大棚番茄品种比较筛选

摘    要:结合当前北京地区口感番茄种植现状,为筛选出更加优质、高产品种,以6个口感番茄品种为试验材料,调查其田间长势、抗病性、果实外观性状,测定产量、营养品质指标,并进行果实感官评价分析。结果表明:21183糖含量和可滴定酸含量均高,糖酸比10.23,口感风味最佳,其他品质指标及长势、抗性、丰产性等综合表现优秀,加鲁特17号和京番309各项品质指标突出,口感风味较好,可作为北京地区口感番茄种植首选品种。

Abstract:In order to screen out more high-quality and high-yield varieties, 6 varieties were selected as experimental materials to investigate their field growth, disease resistance, fruit appearance, yield and nutritional quality, and to conduct sensory evaluation. The results showed that 21183 had high sugar content and titrable acid content, the sugar-acid ratio was 10.23, and the taste and flavor were the best. The other quality indexes, growth, resistance and yield were excellent. The quality indexes of Garute 17 and Jingpan 309 were outstanding, and the taste and flavor were good.
