基于傅里叶变换和小波分析的拖拉机振动研究

摘    要:以John Deer1240型拖拉机为研究对象,用快速傅里叶变换分析方法,分析了座椅的固有频率。基于小波分析的方法,对轮式拖拉机整车振动信号进行了处理分析。对采集到的拖拉机前桥、座椅、车体、后桥等处的振动信号进行了多级小波分解,从1级、2级小波分解的细节信号中,检测出了振动信号的奇异性,从5级小波分解的逼近信号,得到了路面激励信号。同时,分析了地面激励信号经拖拉机的传递方向和衰减程度。研究为拖拉机减振研究和异常信号检测提供了借鉴。

Study on Tractor Vibration Based on Fourier Transform and Wavelet Analysis
Abstract:In this paper , the research object is a Fukuda Europe tractor .The vibration characteristics of the seats under different speeds are discussed by using the method of FFT .Then , based on wavelet analysis , the vibration signal of the wheeled tractor is processed and analyzed .The collected vibration signals of the tractor front axle seat , rear axle , vehi-cle, etc.of multi-level wavelet decomposition .The singularity of the vibration signal is detected from the 1 level and 2 level wavelet decomposition .From the 5 level wavelet decomposition of the approximation signal , the road excitation sig-nal is obtained .The direction and the attenuation of the ground excitation signal are analyzed qualitatively and quantita -tively , which provides a basis for the study of the vibration reduction and the abnormal signal detection .
