新型农田风蚀集沙仪性能试验研究

摘    要:从设计集沙仪的基本原则入手,介绍了新型农田风蚀集沙仪的结构及工作原理,并利用Fluent软件对集沙仪风沙分离器进行了数值模拟。从数值模拟结果看,排气口和排沙口气流降幅约90%左右。经0FDY-1.2移动式风蚀风洞试验验证,结果表明:新型农田风蚀集沙仪的大幅度降速性能为提高集沙效率起到了关键作用,平均集沙效率达92.29%,等动力性达95.8%,能较好地满足了风洞试验和风蚀观测要求。

Abstract:From the basic principles of the design collection instrument sand paper introduces a new collection of farm -land erosion and sediment structure and working principle instrument using Fluent software instrument collection sand sand separator was simulated.From the simulation results, the exhaust port and the discharge sand breath flow fell about 90%.After 0 FDY-1.2 Mobile erosion wind tunnel test verification, the results show a significant deceleration perform-ance of new farmland erosion and sediment analyzer set to improve the collection efficiency has played a key role in the sand,sand average collection efficiency of 92.29%,and other power of up to 95.8 %, we can better meet the require-ments of wind tunnel tests and wind observation.
