番茄苗钵顶取式机械力学特性试验

摘    要:取苗成功率和取苗质量除了与取苗机构的结构有关外,苗钵的力学特性也是重要的因素。为此,对番茄苗钵进行了顶出力和抗压性能试验,分析了不同基质含水率、顶杆直径和顶苗速度对顶出率的影响,并通过试验建立了基质苗在不同含水率下的抗压力与压缩量的变化曲线。结果表明:顶苗速度、顶杆直径和基质含水率对顶出率的显著性影响程度由大到小依次为B、C、A;随着基质含水率的上升、顶杆直径的减小,顶出率会逐渐下降;在含水率为35.09%、顶杆直径为8mm时,顶出率达到100%;在含水率为57.23%、顶杆直径为5mm时,顶出率最低,仅为81.25%;基质块抗压力随压缩量的增加呈加速上升趋势,在压缩量到达12mm时,3种含水率下的抗压力分别为48.89、43.87、35.85N。此研究结果为取苗机构的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Besides the structure factor of pick-up seedling mechanism, the mechanical properties of seeding was also im-portant factor.Push-out force and compressive properties test of tomato seedling was made in order to analyze the influ-ence rule of the factors of water content, diameter of mandril,and push-out speed on push-out rate.And got the chan-ging curve between compressive resistance and compression of seedling pot in the different water content.The results showed the moisture content and mandril diameter had significant effect on the push -out rate, but the push-out speed had no significant effect on it.The push-out rate decreased with the incerease of moisture content and the decrease of mandril diameter.The push-out rate achieve 100% was substrate at 35.09% moisture content, meanwhile the mandril diameter was 8mm.The push-out rate was only 81.25% when substrate at 35.09% moisture content, meanwhile the mandril diameter was 5mm.Compressive resistance of the capacity was accelerated increasing with the increase of com -pression, and the pressure force was 48.89N, 43.87N, 35.85N when the compression reach 12mm at the three mois-ture content.The study results provided the theoretical basis for the the pick-up seedling mechanism.
