鸭疫里默氏杆菌的分离鉴定及耐药性研究

摘    要:为了解广西鸭疫里默氏杆菌病的发病情况、流行血清型及其病原菌株的耐药情况,从广西不同地区20多个发病鸭场的病料中分离出36株疑似鸭疫里默氏杆菌(RA),经细菌培养特性、形态特征、生理生化特性鉴定,确定为RA。采用玻片凝集试验和试管凝集试验进行血清型鉴定,结果表明,广西RA分属于1型、2型和3型3个血清型。药敏试验结果表明,有70.0%以上RA分离株对头孢三嗪、先锋霉素V、头孢西丁、头孢拉定、呋喃妥因、氟苯尼考等6种抗生素高度敏感,但所有分离株对23种抗生素均存在耐药性,其中对强力霉素、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、丁胺卡那的耐药菌株比例达到100.0%。

Abstract:In order to investigate the occurrence and prevalent serotype and pathogenic bacterial resistance to antibi-otics of infectious serositis,36 suspected strains of Riemerella anatipestifer were collected from more than 20 disease farms in Guangxi.The investigations of cultural,morphological and physio-biochemical characteristics showed that these strains belonged to Riemerella anatipestifer.The identification of serotype by slide and tube agglutination tests indicated that these Riemerella anatipestifer strains were of 1-type,2-type and 3-type of serotype.The sensitivity test results showed that more than 70.0% Riemerella anatipestifer strains were highly sensitive to Ceftriaxone,V Ancef,cefoxitin,cefradine,furadantin and florfenicol,while all of the strains were resistant to 23 antibiotics and had 100.0% resistance to doxycycline,gentam-icin,kanamycin and amikacin.
