| 摘 要： | 县级政府在县域经济发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文对县域经济发展新趋势以及县域经济发展对县级政府职能的要求进行了分析,并据此对县级政府职能角色进行了界定,对县级政府职能进行了划分,从而提出了县级政府职能转变的原则、重点和目标模式。
