| 摘 要： | 本文根据温州市土地管理信息系统开发的目标和设计原则，利用MAPX4..5和Mapinfor等软件对温州市土地管理信息系统的总体模块、数据库建设及各子功能模块进行了设计，并采用集成技术对系统进行了开发，实现了对土地现状数据的图文一体化管理，具备了数据的编辑、查询、统计分析及报表自动生成和专题制作等功能，研究的结果可以为研究区土地管理部门提供科学、快捷、有效的管理手段。 |

| Abstract: | The development goals and design principles of Wenzhou City land management information system were applied in this paper. The management information system modules, database development and the sub-function modules of overall Wenzhou City land were designed by WebGIS technical methodology. This system was developed by Mapx and MapInfo. After built this system, the integration of land data management had completed. This system included data editing, inquiring, automatically generating statistical analysis and data out. These results can provide some conveniences, scientific and effective methods for land managers to make decision. |
