磁吸式穴盘播种器图像监控系统设计

摘    要:运用计算机图像处理技术和单片机控制技术,设计并研制了磁吸式穴盘播种器实时监控系统。该系统采用CCD摄像头实时监测磁吸头工作情况,并通过计算机图像处理分析,统计出磁吸头的排种精度,包括单粒率、重播率及漏播率。单片机控制器根据检测结果,对照控制规则,对磁吸头工作电流进行实时调整,以提高排种精度。试验表明,该系统不仅能对播种器工作过程进行实时监控,还能提高其排种精度和工作稳定性。

Abstract:A monitored control system was designed with applying the computer image processing technique and single-chip computer control technology. First of all, the CCD took a photograph of the seeding when the magnetic plug of the seeder sucked up seeds every time, then the computer processed the image, and analyzed the quality of seeding. By identifying the images, the computer counted the seeding precision, including single seed rate, multiple seed rate and seed missing rate. According to the seeding precision identified and the control rules, the single-chip computer control adjusted the working current of the magnetic plug to raise the seeding precision. The results of test showed that this system can improve the seed sowing quality, and its working stability.
