玉米细胞质雄性不育性的分子机理

摘    要:本文对玉米细胞质雄性不育性的分子机理进行了综述。线粒体基因组、叶绿体基因组与细胞质雄性不育性有一定的关系,这种关系是建立在质核两个遗传体系相互依存和联系的统一关系之中。应把线粒体基因组、叶绿体基因组及核基因这三类遗传体系联系起来研究,能对玉米细胞质雄性不育性的遗传机理做出比较圆满的解释。

Abstract:The molecular mechanism of cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) in maize was reviewed. CMS had a certain bearing on mtDNA and ctDNA,and the contacts were established in the united relation between the two genetic systems,cytoplasm and nuclear,which were interrelated and interdependent. The study of genetic mechanism of CMS in maize should relate to mtDNA and ctDNA with nuclear genes in order to interpret CMS more satisfactorily.
