摘    要: 以水培‘鬼怒甘’草莓(Fragaria grandiflora Ehrh. ‘Guinugan’) 为试材, 利用15N示踪技术研究果实迅速生长期对不同形态氮素的吸收分配特性。结果表明: 根际施肥, 15N吸收利用率依次为: 硫酸铵>甘氨酸>硝酸钙>谷氨酸, 与硝态氮混施, 铵态氮、甘氨酸态氮15N利用率提高; 叶片涂抹模拟根外追肥, 15N利用率依次为尿素>甘氨酸>谷氨酸。果实对硝酸钙的竞争力低于叶片, 对硫酸铵、甘氨酸和谷氨酸的竞争力强于叶片。

Abstract:The technique of stable isotope()~(15)N trace was used to study the absorption and partition to different nitrogen forms in strawberry fruit ripe stage using'Guinugan'(Fragaria grandiflora Ehrh.)as materials. Results indicated that under water culture condition,the rank of ~(15)N utilization rate was(NH_4)_2SO_4>Gly>Ca(NO_3)_2>L-Glu,and()~(15)N utilization rate of NH~+_4-N and Gly-N was increased when they were mixed with NO~-_3-N;When the leaf was labeled,the rank of()~(15)N utilization rate was Urea>Gly>L-Glu.The competition ability to Ca(NO_3)_2 of fruit was lower than that of leaf,but concerning to(NH_4)_2SO_4,Gly and L-Glu it was higher.
