摘    要:采用盐化土壤盆钵全生育期栽培法,在0、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%NaCl浓度胁迫下,比较了5个花生品种的耐盐性鉴定指标。结果表明,0~0.7%盐胁迫下,鉴定指标间差异大小随着盐浓度的变化而变化,苗期、成熟期鉴定指标数值在低浓度时差异较小,随浓度加大而更加明显。采用0.7%左右盐浓度是鉴定花生品种耐盐性的适宜浓度。

Abstract:The salt tolerance of 5 peanut cultivars was compared by pot experiment with 0,0.1%,0.3%,0.5% and 0.7% NaCl in soil respectively.The results showed that under the NaCl concentration of 0~0.7%,the differences among indicators changed little at seedling stage and mature stage,but changed obviously with the increase of the salt concentration.The NaCl concentration of about 0.7% was optimal for identification of peanut salt tolerance.
