摘    要:本文通过滤纸接触法和土壤法研究了农药—乐果、杀虫双对蚯蚓的毒性影响,分别得出不同方法所对应的蚯蚓的中毒症状及其致死剂量—反应关系,试验结果显示:(1)对于同一种农药,2种方法测定后,中毒的表现有所差异,但中毒症状基本相似。(2)乐果、杀虫双滤纸接触法测得的半数致死浓度(LC50)相对土壤法值较小,土壤法测定的LC50作为划分药物毒性等级的依据比滤纸接触法更客观准确。(3)乐果和杀虫双在土壤中对蚯蚓的LC50值均〉10mg/kg,因此,可以认为这两种农药在农田中使用对蚯蚓是相对安全的。

Comparison the Method of Filter Paper contact and Soil Determination Acute Toxicity Test on Earthworms of Pesticides - Dimethoate, Dimehypo

Abstract:In this paper,the method of filter paper contact and the soil was studied on the pesticides of Dimethoate,Dimehypo,it,s toxic effect on earthworms were obtained by different methods corresponding to the symptoms of earthworms and their lethal dose-response relationship,the results showed:(1) for the same pesticide,after the two methods,the performance of poisoning vary,but the symptoms are similar. (2) Dimethoate,killing double filter paper contact method measured median lethal concentration (LC50) value is small relative soil method,soil classification method for the determination of the LC50 as a basis for drug toxicity level than the filter paper contact method is more objective and accurate. (3) And the insecticide Dimethoate in the soil on earthworms double the LC50 values were more than 10mg/kg,so the two pesticides on earthworms in agricultural land use is relatively safe.
