摘    要:目的]研究超细蟹粉对污染水体重金属的吸附作用,使重金属回收再利用,解决水体重金属污染问题。方法]将废弃蟹壳通过超细技术处理,以超细蟹粉为吸附剂,对水体中Pb2+、Ni2+、Cu2+的去除进行静态吸附试验,研究蟹粉的细度、超细蟹粉用量、溶液初始pH、吸附时间、吸附温度等对吸附作用的影响,并确定最佳的吸附条件,以测定工业废水中Pb2+、Ni2+、Cu2+的吸附率。结果]超细蟹粉对Pb2+、Ni2+、Cu2+吸附作用的最佳吸附条件为:在常温(25℃),pH为6.0时,0.8 g超细蟹粉对Ni2+和Cu2+的吸附时间为120 min,而Pb2+的吸附时间为150 min,可使吸附达到最佳状态。结论]超细蟹粉对Pb2+、Ni2+、Cu2+有很强的吸附能力,是一种有效的生物吸附剂。

Study on Adsorption Effect of Superfine Crab Powder to Heavy Metals from Pollution Water

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the adsorption effect of superfine crab powder to heavy metals from pollution water,made heavy metal recycling and solved water heavy metal pollution problem.Method]Superfine technology processing was carried out for abandoned crab shells,and using superfine crab powder for adsorbent to remove Pb2+,Ni2+,Cu2+ in wastewater based on static adsorption experiments,moreover,the effect of crab shells fineness,superfine crab shells dosage,solution initial pH,adsorption time and adsorption temperature to the adsorption were discussed,and the optimum conditions were confirmed to determine the adsorption rate of Pb2+,Ni2+,Cu2+ in industrial wastewater.Result]The optimum adsorption conditions of superfine crab powder to Pb2+,Ni2+,Cu2+ were:in normal temperature(25 ℃),pH value was 6.0,moreover,the adsorption time of 0.8 g superfine crab powders to Ni2+ and Cu2+ was 120 min,however,the adsorption time of Pb2+ was 150 min,which was the best adsorption state.Conclusion]Superfine crab powder is a kind of effective biological adsorbent with very strong adsorption ability to Pb2+,Ni2+ and Cu2+.
